Policies/Guarantee
1. Just Windshield Repair guarantee's our repairs NOT TO CRACK, SPREAD, or DISCOLOR for as long as you own your vehicle or we will refund your money for the original repair.
2. We will, in advance, advise you of the probable finished appearance of the repair. This repair is a structural repair, not a cosmetic repair. Clarity of the repair will be greatly enhanced, but 100% clarity will not be obtained. When completed, if you are not satisfied with the quality of the repair, there will be no charge for the repair.
3. Because an already damaged windshield is greatly weakened, it must be understood that there is a very slight risk of a windshield cracking during the repair process. Should this occur, Just Windshield Repair and/or it's employees cannot be held liable for the cost of the windshield replacement.
4. We are primarily a repair service. Our goal is to save you money and repair when practical. We will only recommend replacement when it is in your best interest.
5. WE WANT OUR CUSTOMERS TO BE HAPPY WITH OUR SERVICE. IF WE CAN SOMEHOW IMPROVE OUR SERVICE, PLEASE TELL US!
